Why choose Aventoura and our guided tours?
Aventoura is Puerto Rico’s only fully insured UTV tour company. Our expert guides provide a safe, exciting, and personalized experience that takes you beyond the tourist hotspots to discover the island’s true beauty. We offer well-maintained 2023 UTV vehicles, multiple unique routes, and 8am–8pm customer support.
What type of vehicles do you offer in your tours?
We use rugged 2023 4×4 UTV side-by-side vehicles — perfect for off-road terrain, coastal trails, and everything in between. All vehicles are well-maintained, regularly inspected, and equipped with safety features including roll cages and seatbelts.
How long do the tours last?
Tour durations vary by experience. Most UTV tours are half-day experiences (3–5 hours). The Rincón Sunset Adventure is approximately 3 hours. Scooter rentals are flexible and can be booked for half-day or full-day periods.
Are tours available year-round?
Yes! Puerto Rico’s tropical climate makes it perfect for outdoor adventures throughout the year. We operate daily, weather permitting. Tours may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions.
SAFETY & REQUIREMENTS
Is there a minimum age requirement for drivers?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Passengers of all ages are welcome on tours. Children must be accompanied by an adult and must meet minimum height/weight requirements for safety harnesses.
Are there any restrictions on where we can explore?

Do you provide assistance in case of emergencies?
Absolutely. Our team is available 8am–8pm for any assistance. All guides carry first aid kits and communication devices. As the only fully insured tour company in Puerto Rico, we have comprehensive coverage for all participants.
What safety equipment is provided?
All participants receive helmets, safety harnesses, and a safety briefing before every tour. Our vehicles are equipped with roll cages, seatbelts, and are regularly maintained to the highest standards.

How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our FareHarbor booking system by clicking the ‘Book Now’ button on any page. You can also call us at 939-303-2648 or email in**@*********pr.com. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation policy details are provided at the time of booking through FareHarbor.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing for large groups and private tours. Contact us directly at in**@*********pr.com or call 939-303-2648 to discuss group rates and custom tour options.
What is included in the tour price?
Tour prices include the UTV vehicle, safety equipment, expert guide, and any specific inclusions listed for each tour (such as snorkel gear for the Crash Boat experience). Water and snacks are included on most tours.

Can I design a custom tour?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom private tours for special occasions. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or family reunion, we can design a unique experience tailored to your group’s interests and preferences.
What types of private events do you accommodate?
We accommodate weddings, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, corporate team building, school reunions, family reunions, conventions, and educational tours. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How far in advance should I book a private tour?
We recommend booking private tours at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization. For large groups or special events, earlier is always better.
